Have you actually ever won anything worth talking about?  Yes?  Well that’s great!  Well, now let me ask all of you who have won something a little over, let’s say £100, if you’ve put it all back on again?

Well, i have to be honest here and say that i certainly have.  I won’t do it again though because it frightened the hell out of me.  I won a substatial amount of money on the lottery and decided that because i’d won so much i could do even better by placing it all back on again.  Boy was i wrong.  I didn’t get a single winner out of all my tickets (and there were over 100 of the damn things).

I suppose what i’m trying to say in today’s post is that if you’re gambling and you get to make some money from gambling, keep it and switch off the computer or go home; do anything you think you need to, to escape the temptation of putting it all back on another gamble.  Enjoy your winnings when you can because they don’t last long, and they last even less when you just put them all back on again!
